Get ready to meet the one and only Mary Grace — though you may likely know her better by her studio nickname, "Bobby Grace!" Mary Grace began her dance journey at the age of four and found her home here at DMDS in 2022. Since joining us, she has become a defining force and a true leader within our Teen Crew.

Mary Grace is the living definition of the idea that hard work and determination get results. Her growth over the last few years has been nothing short of extraordinary, earning her a reputation as one of our most improved and dedicated dancers. She continues to push boundaries in every style of dance, proving that there is no limit to what she can achieve. It is a joy to watch her evolve into such a confident and skilled performer. Mary Grace doesn't just dance... she shines!

How many years have you been dancing?
6 Years

What are some accomplishments (at dance, school, or anywhere) that you are most proud of?
Last year I was chosen by my teachers at school to be the Outstanding 6th Grade Student of the year. I also earned Outstanding Achievement in Accelerated Math and the P.A.C.E. Setter Award!
A big accomplishment in dance this season has been getting my pointe shoes and going en pointe!

What is your favorite dance memory?
My favorite memory is when in my first year in Crew, after we finished competing our Hippie Chicks routine in Jazz, the teens helped us decorate our tambourines!

What is your favorite style of dance, and what do you love about it?
Lyrical because I love all the turns!

What is your favorite dance move?
Seconds!

If you had a dance superpower, what would it be?
I would choose flexibility to be my dance superpower if I could!
What are your favorite things to do when you are not dancing?
I love having sleepovers and being on facetime with my friends! I also love shopping, working out, and volunteering with NCL.
Who is a dancer that you look up to and why?
Avery Schaffer because she is a talented dancer and a great leader.

A fun fact about me is I LOVE THE BEACH!
